4small Naan flatbreads or 2 medium Naan flatbreads
1Cortland apple thinly slicedor your favourite apple
1/4cupcrumbled blue cheesesuch as Stilton
*you could use a sharp cheddar cheese in place of Stilton if you aren't fond of blue cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the naan flatbreads on the pan.
Mix together the apple butter and Dijon mustard. Spread it as thickly on the flatbreads as you like. About 1 tbsp or so per flatbread works nicely. You will likely have some apple butter mixture left over so you can store it in the fridge for another day.
Thinly slice the apple and place on the flatbreads.
Bake the flatbreads for approximately 8 minutes.
Place the flatbreads on a plate to serve and crumble some blue cheese over each flatbread.
