This recipe ended up taking a different turn after I started developing it. I was going to do full on kebabs with vegetables and turkey breasts together on the skewer but after I started doing that I gave up. The turkey breasts that I got from the butcher were enormous! I switched the recipe to using turkey thighs because each thigh is a perfect portion for one person. Let’s be totally honest though. The real reason I didn’t want to skewer the cut up chunks of turkey breast was pure laziness.

Even though this summer has been one of the coldest in a very long time, I’m Canadian so it doesn’t have to be hot for me to get outside and grill. So put a sweater on and get out there and try out all of these recipes as the last days of summer dwindle away.
